Sunflower, almond and jojoba oils have effective moisturizing properties
Coconut oil
Coconut oil is considered a versatile oil with moisturizing and improving effects on hair and skin.
Sunflower oil
Sunflower oil is extracted from sunflower seeds which are rich in fatty acids such as linoleic, palmitic and stearic acid.
Olive oil
It would be remiss to talk about skin care oils without mentioning olive oil.
Rice bran oil
Rice bran oil is extracted from the germ and husk of rice grains with a composition similar to peanut oil with the main fatty acids being oleic, linoleic and palmitic acid.
SO MANY WAYS TO USE OIL
One of the most common uses of oil is for body massage.
For those who like to bathe, a spoonful of oil added to warm water is the fastest and most skillful way to moisturize the skin.
Additionally, you can also combine these oils with natural essential oils such as ylang-ylang, lavender, rose, jasmine or chamomile to help relax the mind and body.
Finally, to create your own scent, you can mix essential oils together to get a desired scent and dilute with a carrier oil at a ratio of 1:20.
