Some ways to use aromatherapy and prepare essential oils – How to make essential oils at home:
1. When having difficulty breathing and nasal congestion
Ingredient:
– 2 drops of lavender essential oil (lavender)
– 2 drops of tea tree essential oil
– 2 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
Making:
Boil water, drop the 3 essential oils above into the boiling water.
2. To relieve cough
Ingredient:
– 2 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
– 2 drops of lavender essential oil
Making:
Mix the above 2 essential oils with 4 teaspoons of carrier essential oil, shake well and apply the mixture to the neck and chest to reduce coughs.
3. Reduces flu during the day
Ingredient:
– 2 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
– 2 drops of lavender essential oil
– 2 drops of tea tree essential oil
– 2 drops of peppermint essential oil
Making:
Mix the above 4 essential oils into a pot of boiling water.
