9 things I wish I did to have beautiful skin in my 20s
This article was born when I wished I could go back to my youth like the character Benjamin Button in the movie of the same name, when my skin care concept was to treat acne with Oxy cream.
#1 – Create a proper skin care routine
What makes skin beautiful, radiant, and full of vitality?
As a beauty icon for girls, British Princess Kate Middleton used Nivea moisturizer – a mid-range cosmetic brand but with results comparable to high-end cosmetics lines.
After learning about Nivea’s efforts to create the next star product, I realized that make-up is like art, but having a good skin care routine builds a solid foundation.

#2 – Make time to exercise
Busy life, work and parties have made me too `lazy` to exercise.
#3 – Invest in a good eye cream
The skin around the eyes is 4 times thinner than the skin on the body. Knowing that doesn’t make me more diligent, but eye cream has become a part of my daily skin care routine, and I feel pretty good about it.
Over the years, I see it as savings. Before that, you invested in quality skin care with the return being smooth skin and bright, even-toned eye area.

#4 – Use sunscreen and sunglasses
Brown spots creeping up the neck and arms are the result of long periods of time at the beach, pool, boating, hiking or outdoor activities without using sunscreen.
It’s easy to ignore the thought of taking care of our skin in the sun, when we’re used to being exposed to direct sunlight for long periods of time.
Sunscreen protects the skin from the effects of ultraviolet rays
#5 – Remove makeup from your skin
Actually, I know that not only me but also many other girls do not know the serious harm of daily skin care.
#6 – Start with a nutritious diet
I still struggle with that sometimes, when my cravings are at their peak.
The habit of staying up late, drinking a lot of alcohol and eating irregularly causes dry skin.
Green vegetables and fruits are rich in vitamins and have antioxidant properties
#7 – Hand care
A friend once told me that a woman’s hands show her age. When I heard that, I couldn’t help but sneak a quick glance (with a feeling of guilt) at my slightly dry and wrinkled hands.
The skin on your hands can tell your age
I’ve recently started using a lot of hand cream in the office and keep a tube handy in my bag.
#8 – Set your body clock
Creating a plan to eat, sleep, rest and work on time is really important for your skin and health.
#9 – Use anti-aging products
If you have chosen to invest in beautiful skin care, pay attention to anti-aging products.
